  • Analysis of as-is processes within HR and identify new lean processes using available tools and gauging digital metrics. 
  • Act as local process owner for supporting technology or HR in relation to business and supporting continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes.
  • In tune with 9 Box Matrix and Development strategies, should have experience in developing and implementing learning and development strategies.
  • Development and management of Compensation Strategies and link compensation strategies to business goals.
  • Ensuring a talent strategy that incorporates the business needs of the organization, tallies with key stakeholders and ensure business support.
  • key role in helping projects (engagement, change management & R&R initiatives) meet business strategies through focus on people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. 
  • Provide consultation to various HR job functions in order to streamline and promote efficiency & Service delivery.
  • Translating the business strategy from top management into efficient deliverables through liason with different departments.
  • Analyzing and Interpreting Compensation and Business Data, translating business data for Management.
