Purpose of Job:
Will be responsible to ensure correct Talent and Reward strategies in line with the Organizational Strategies, ensuring HR strategy is developed and implemented across the organization, should support the business in achieving their objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Analysis of as-is processes within HR and identify new lean processes using available tools and gauging digital metrics.
Act as local process owner for supporting technology or HR in relation to business and supporting continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardise processes
in tune with 9 Box Matrix and Devlopment strategies, should have experience in deloping and implementing learning and development strategies
Has developed and managed Compensation Strategies, is able to link compensation strategies to business goals
Will ensure a talent strategy that incorporates the business needs of the organization, tallies with key stakeholders and ensure business support.
Play a key role in helping projects (engagement, change management & R&R initiatives) meet business strategies through focus on people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Provide consultation to various HR job functions in order to streamline and promote efficiency & Service delivery
Translating the business stragegy from top management into efficient deliverables through liason with different departments
Analyzing and Interpretting Compensation and Business Data, translating business data for Management
Any other tasks/projects assigned by line manager
