Purpose of Job

1.To assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.

Job Responsibilities

1.Working closely with the Head of Research, on delivering on research projects as well as maintaining relations with key partners and collaborators.

2.Supporting with primary and secondary research, including collecting, organizing, reading, summarizing and examining various resources including but not limited to white papers, journals, articles, research papers etc.

3.Supporting on all research activities including desk research, survey design, report writing, conducting interviews and other field-work.

4.Planning logistics for field-work and scheduling travel, meeting and interviews.

5.Communicating and liaising with other departments (such as Product Development, Channel, IT etc.) to collect and compile all relevant data.

6.Communicating and liaising with all relevant external partners for the smooth delivery of all research and innovation unit projects.

7.Assisting in preparing research proposals, drafting reports and research papers, grant applications and presentations.

8.Assisting in the delivery of the quarterly newsletter, U Bank Bulletin, including conducting primary and secondary research, drafting content for the newsletter, brainstorming ideas for potential topics for future issues, disseminating copies to relevant stakeholders and partners and planning for marketing strategies to increase audience engagement.

9.Coordinate collection and verification of data (qualitative and quantitative, data sources) and other information for various U Bank research projects.

10.Maintain relations with key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem such as investment ventures, startups, accelerators and incubators to get up-to-date information on investment and startups activities relevant to U Bank’s innovation work and goals. 

Please Note: Candidate should be willing to travel frequently to remote areas to meet our customers.
