To work on New business solutions to Facilitate clients and generate Sustainable Deposit.
Identify emerging Trends and Opportunities in the transaction & Employee banking Sectors.
Monitor & Improve the end to end transaction & implementation process.
Develop and inculcate a culture of zero tolernace to fraud and ensuring that appropriate and timely action is taken in case such an incident arises.
Develop and design and impement overdue managment Strategies across their hubs and ensure that staff is well trained in the cpc and follow it all time.

Experience and Qualification
Hold at least Bachelors's degree , Master would be preferred preferbaly in the field of Business Administration or Commerce.
At least 8 to10 Years of experience in the banking industry ,Preferably Microfinance.
