Purpose of Job:

Managing the smooth operations of the branch in compliance with banking regulations/Policies and procedures with a view to minimize the operational risk and maximize profitability by ensuring the provision of quality service support in terms of product processing and service deliveries. Complete due diligence of all operational activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• To Monitoring and continuously improve operational health of branches through error free processing and preventing unwarranted exposure /loss of the bank.
• To provide maximum operational support to all business with improved quality of customer service.
• To Review day to day operations reports received from branches, minimize operational risks and to avoid adverse comments/penalties imposed by the SBP.
• Ensure efficient HO/reconciliation with settlement of open item within 7 days and no item open within 30 days without proper trail and ensure deduction and deposit of Government levies within stipulated time frame.
• Comply with SBP regulations and relation to cash monitoring and closely monitor ATM operations and ensure maximum uptime in the branches. Strict adherence to banks schedule of charges with zero loss/leakage of income.

Technical Competency:

• Having minimum Graduation degree or equivalent with overall banking experience of 3-4 Year .
• Having experience in the fields of Business Process Management for all regulatory/procedural requirements, COSO Framework Implementation.
• Ability to accept challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelors  in the relevent field.
• Masters will be preferred.
• 3 -4 Years of relevent field.
