Purpose:

To develop and manage business relationships by offering customized financial solutions, ensuring efficient client onboarding, and driving business growth through deposits, payroll, and collection products while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilties:

1. Manage account opening for new and existing clients, verify documents, and coordinate with Branches, Operations, Legal, and Compliance for smooth onboarding.
2. Generate business from Payroll, Collections, and Deposits (CA, SA, TD) by onboarding NTB clients and growing ETB relationships.
3. Maintain client and partner relationships, address queries, and resolve issues promptly. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Provide accurate business visibility through reporting and performance tracking.
5. Prepare business proposals and agreements.
6. Act as a backup for other team members as assigned by the line manager.
7. Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Timely account opening and onboarding of corporate clients and their employees.
2. Number of accounts opened and volume/value of business generated.
3. Client satisfaction, resolution time, and number of escalations.
4. Accuracy and timeliness of reports submitted.
5. Number and quality of proposals/agreements shared.
6. Responsiveness and team collaboration.
7. Completion and quality of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BS, or equivalent) or Master’s degree (MBA, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or Business Management)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Business Banking, Relationship Management, or Business Development
