Job Responsibilities

  • Manage account opening for new and existing clients, verify documents, and coordinate with Branches, Operations, Legal, and Compliance for smooth onboarding.
  • Generate business from Payroll, Collections, and Deposits (CA, SA, TD) by onboarding NTB clients and growing ETB relationships.
  • Maintain client and partner relationships, address queries, and resolve issues promptly. Liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate business visibility through reporting and performance tracking.
  • Prepare business proposals and agreements.
  • Act as a backup for other team members as assigned by the line manager.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely account opening and onboarding of corporate clients and their employees
  • Number of accounts opened, volume/value of business generated
  • Client satisfaction, resolution time, number of escalations
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports submitted
  • Number and quality of proposals/agreements shared
  • Completion and quality of assigned tasks
