To Unit Head will lead and manage the MIS function by developing, automating, and maintaining data reporting systems using advanced tools like Power BI and Excel, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights for strategic business decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end MIS operations including data collection, validation, analysis, visualization, incentive calculation, record keeping and reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for management and departmental use.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, power query, macros, formulas) for data analysis and reporting automation.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data across all reporting systems.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements through automation and system enhancements.
Manage MIS-related projects, including system integrations and upgrades.
Supervise and mentor MIS team members to strengthen analytical and visualization skills.
Support regulatory and audit requirements through accurate and timely submission of reports.
Present key business insights and trends to senior management for decision-making support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
