Objective of the position is to assist in managing written off portfolios of Ubank. Tele-Caller is responsible for implementation recovery strategies of Ubank. The position will plan the routine activities in a manner to meet the recovery targets against written off loans. The incumbent will assist the Special Asset Management Unit to meet the overall recovery targets and maintain the written off portfolios with in the acceptable / tolerable imits set by the Ubank.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify the reasons of default in the area/ branches through Telephonic Calls.
• Supervise the recovery from customers whose payment have been written off.
• Managing recovery process in an effective and efficient manner.
• Plan, manage, assign & monitor the recovery strategy to achieve recovery targets.
• Make the Calling/Recovery reports, recovery sheets etc. of the assigned targets.
• Monitor that regular follow-up of clients and maintenance of Promise to Pay (PTP) sheets.
• Ensure daily reporting of recovery activities and other reporting requirements as amended from time to time.
• Ensure office decorum, staff discipline & integrity.
• Ensure that Bank\'s data confidentiality is maintained at highest level.
•  Ensure compliance of SBP prudential regulations.             
•  Recommend cases for filing suit against defaulted customers or any other Legal/ Administrative actions.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the line management.

Technical Skills

• Aptitude to work under pressure.             
• Effective Interpersonal, Communication, Team Management & Time management skills/ abilities
• Sound knowledge of Ubank products/processes and polices.
• Proficient at MS Office

Qualifications

Preferably a Bachelor's Degree

• Preferably 1-2 years of banking industry, recovery, and field-related activities experience
