As a Relationship Manager, you will oversee the internal interfacing and communication of business units within a larger corporation or with suppliers and other outside entities. You will manage teams that monitor purchases, budgeting, and cost factors, providing valuable information across business units to efficiently use resources and execute company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve allocated asset targets.
• Maintain RO wise productivity benchmark.
• Ensure sales of other products (Banca, Upaisa, etc.).
• Manage portfolio effectively.
• Maintain high portfolio quality and diversity (secured-Unsecured, EMI-Bullet, etc.).
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure RO monitoring and development.
• Evaluate RO performance.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to analyze numbers and financial ratios.
• Strong planning and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration from a well-reputed university; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a loan officer or relationship officer in the banking industry.
